Over the years,  the Prescott Animal Hospital has evolved from a single person rural practice to its current multi-veterinarian facility. In 1976 Dr. Jerome Billett and his wife Dr. Janice Harrower started practising in this area. In 1987, the Prescott Animal Hospital was built. The hospital is still locally owned by Dr. John Donovan, Dr. Alexandra Knoepfli, Dr. Ken Newman and Dr. Brian Keith.  Our facility is a full service companion animal hospital. Our services include a wide range of preventive care programs for every stage of your pet’s life. We provide daily examinations, vaccination reviews and surgical appointments. We have a complete surgical suite which allows us to perform a variety of surgeries  from elective to emergency surgeries. Our radiology department is fully equipped with digital imaging for quick results as well as digital dental imaging. We are also equipped with an ultrasound, endoscopy and therapeutic laser. We have an in-house diagnostic blood analyzer, a fully stocked pharmacy and carry a variety of prescription diets. Our team and hospital are fully equipped to provide comprehensive treatments in a comfortable setting when your pet experiences medical problems. The Hospital is also able to provide large animal services and serves our barn and stable clients with a broad range of medical, surgical and reproductive services. Our team strives to provide progressive veterinary medicine within our community and always strive to exceed expectations with respect, compassion and high standards of care.
