Dr. Julia Whatley

Dr. Whatley graduated with distinction from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph in 2020.

Dr. Whatley enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with particular interests in preventative care, pain management and dentistry. She is passionate about helping pets live healthier, more comfortable lives and values the strong relationships she builds with clients and their families. She especially enjoys outpatient care, working closely with pet owners to develop individualized care plans and support lifelong wellness for their companions.

Originally from the Peterborough region, Dr. Whatley now calls Eastern Ontario home. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Zach, staying active outdoors, and spending time with her son, Samson. Her furry family includes Oliver, a domestic short-haired cat, and Robin, her beloved rescue dog.

Dr. Whatley’s compassionate approach, commitment to client education, and dedication to providing high quality patient care make her a valued member of the Prescott Animal Hospital team.
