Puppy Socialization

Puppy socialization and obedience training are an important part of social and behavior development in any growing puppy. We host puppy socialization classes designed to develop a trusting relationship between owners and their new puppies. Classes cover the basics of puppy behavior including specific challenges you may encounter during training your new puppy.

Where:

Classes are hosted at PAH. During warm weather classes run outside in our enclosed area. Please bring bug spray and we recommend ensuring your canine companion is on a flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

During colder days classes are hosted within the hospital in our staff room. * Please note both areas are small to allow an intimate and proper socialization/interaction between all participants. There are rooms where dogs can be separated if necessary.

When:

Classes are hosted on Wednesdays evenings starting at (5:45pm - puppy OR 6:45pm - adult) for an hour long session. The trainer is open to providing one-one consults following class if necessary. Please note the Hospital closes at 8pm.

**Classes can be subjected to change if scheduling conflicts occur. If so, you will be contacted via email as soon as a change is happening and when the class will be rescheduled**
