For your convenience, we accept payment by cash, debit, VISA, and MasterCard. We regret that we do not accept personal cheques except for pre-approved accounts. Payment is expected in full at the time of your veterinary visit. We are unable to extend credit but provide information and assistance for you to enroll in a third party, veterinary specific payment program such as MediCard.
We are diligent in providing an estimate for any and all costs expected prior to instituting diagnostic and treatment plans. We want you to be informed and comfortable with your decision to approve veterinary medical care for your pet(s). We are open to discuss any concerns you have regarding finances.

In addition, we are happy to assist you in securing copies of pet medical records needed to complete any pet insurance forms. If you are interested in pet insurance, find a list of current providers below. We encourage you to investigate each company to find the plan that best meets your needs. In general, a pure sickness and accident plan provides the most economical coverage for those unexpected expenses for which insurance is most needed.
