Kathleen Matte

Kathleen graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program at Algonquin College in 2003. Immediately upon graduation she began working in this capacity at a small animal clinic in Ottawa, where she stayed for 8 years. During that time she began working towards getting her Veterinary Technician diploma through an accredited distance education program. Kathleen and her husband and daughter have a hobby farm in Cardinal, where they share their lives with their 4 dogs, 4 cats, ducks, chickens, ponies and sheep. In her spare time Kathleen enjoys reading, skiing, hiking and painting.
